Job description

The role involves participating in national and international Workday implementation projects, focusing on HR management system configuration, requirement gathering, system design, workshop facilitation, testing, and user training. Primary responsibilities include conducting functional and technical requirements analyses, configuring systems according to design decisions, leading design workshops, executing demos, and performing comprehensive system testing.
Candidates should have a technical educational background (Vocational Training in Multiplatform Application Development or similar technical degree), with official B2 English certification. Basic knowledge of cloud solutions, SaaS technologies, technological integrations, and basic programming skills are essential. Familiarity with data loading in Excel and XML transformation with XSLT is advantageous. No prior experience is required, but a strong learning attitude is crucial.
