Required experience includes at least 3 years in OT cybersecurity, with demonstrable skills in security frameworks (NIST, CAF, ENS), software development lifecycle security, vulnerability management, ethical hacking, technical audits, and incident response. Candidates should have experience with cybersecurity tool procurement, deployment, and monitoring, as well as participation in cyber exercises and technical inspections.
