As a Contract Manager at PwC, you will be the central point for managing contracts for products and services, working closely with Category Managers within the Procurement team. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing existing contracts, ensuring compliance with agreements, collecting stakeholder approvals, and managing contracts through the Source to Pay system Coupa. You will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with suppliers and PwC stakeholders, evaluating contractual agreements, managing contract utilization, and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in Contract Management, preferably with Coupa CLM and DocuSign. You should be a quick learner, capable of processing complex information, flexible with deadlines, and able to switch between different tasks and topics. Strong communication skills in Dutch and business-level English are essential, along with a proactive approach to gathering information and supporting colleagues in improving their work. A HBO or MBO-4 level education is required, with a preference for candidates with prior contract management experience.
