In this role, you'll be directly involved in extraordinary financial operations in Italian and cross-border contexts, managing teams and projects with a focus on: preparing business plans, constructing complex financial economic models, identifying and analyzing investment project risks, preparing financial analysis and valuation reports, coordinating M&A processes including bilateral negotiations and competitive auctions, and providing contractual support during signing and closing stages.
You should have at least 1 year of experience in Corporate Finance/M&A within financial boutiques, investment banks, or consulting firms specializing in Real Estate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be proactive, comfortable working in teams, have good English language skills, and be able to understand and anticipate client expectations.
