Job description
PwC's Financial Due Diligence team in Deals Transaction Services helps organizations realize potential in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. This role involves providing data-driven insights to help clients understand financial and strategic assumptions in complex transactions.
As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, you will work on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution, helping corporate and financial buyers analyze and validate financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions in deals.
The role requires a proven track record with 5 years of experience in audit and financial due diligence, with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and interpersonal abilities. Candidates should have a degree in Business/Economics, excellent Excel skills, and knowledge of IFRS.
