PwC Greece is seeking an experienced corporate finance professional for a Deals Valuation Senior Associate/Manager role in Athens. The ideal candidate will support high-profile transactions, create valuation reports, and work collaboratively with client management teams in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment.
In this role, you will assist in preparing fairness opinion and valuation reports for M&A transactions, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes. You will create and review financial models, drive project teams, manage junior team members, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of complex assignments during transaction execution phases. The primary responsibilities include facilitating internal and external team meetings and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuations, corporate banking, or private equity. Requirements include excellent academic records from a top-tier university in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or business administration. Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation methods, accounting standards, financial analysis, and bilingual communication in English and Greek are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a confident, positive attitude focused on teamwork, quality work, and personal professional development.
