Candidates must have extensive experience in operational due diligence, carve outs, integrations, or operational transformation, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments. Strong strategic thinking, value creation mindset, and ability to lead complex programs are essential. Experience as a program lead, understanding regulatory environments, and comfort with financial analysis are key requirements.
