PwC Poland's Digital & Application Development team seeks an experienced DevOps Tech Leader to lead architectural decision-making, drive cloud-native solutions, and mentor DevOps teams with expertise in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, and infrastructure automation.
The primary responsibilities include leading architectural decisions for cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and performance, implementing advanced DevOps tools, and automating software development and deployment workflows using modern GitOps practices.
Required experience includes expert Kubernetes knowledge, cloud architecture expertise (preferably Azure), proficiency in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, strong networking understanding, vulnerability management skills, and at least 5 years of DevOps experience including 2 years in leadership roles.
