Job description
PwC's Deals Transaction Services offers a dynamic career in Financial Due Diligence, focusing on helping organizations maximize value in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions through data-driven insights and comprehensive financial analysis.
Primary responsibilities include conducting financial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients, critically reviewing key business value drivers, leveraging data and analytics tools to deliver insights, and supporting clients in price adjustment definitions and analyses across mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
Candidates must possess a degree in Business/Economics or Engineering, have 2-3 years of audit experience, demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) are required. The role demands flexibility to travel and participate in continuous training, including an initial 4-week data analytics program.
