PwC Poland is seeking an experienced FP&A Transformation Manager to support and transform finance operations for domestic and international clients. The role involves developing innovative solutions, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and driving efficiency in financial planning and analysis functions.
Primary responsibilities include defining and developing FP&A solution portfolios, translating client needs into comprehensive offerings, implementing transformative solutions within ERP/EPM environments, and continuously improving FMS delivery capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in FP&A transformation, strong project management skills, expertise in EPM tools like Anaplan and OneStream, visualization technologies such as Power BI, and automation technologies including RPA and AI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical.
