Candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Taxation, or Accounting with 5-6 years of experience in Global Mobility, expatriate compensation, individual taxation, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg immigration law, personal taxation, and social security is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
