PwC is seeking an experienced HR Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support on HR-related matters in their Internal Firm Services division, with a focus on Belgian labor laws, employee relations, and compliance.
Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive HR legal guidance, advising on disciplinary issues, supporting HR team initiatives, conducting legal training sessions, developing HR policies, monitoring legal developments in employment law, and managing external communications with regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of HR legal advisory experience, preferably in a large organization or law firm. A master's degree in Law with a specialization in employment/labor law is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, project management capabilities, and linguistic proficiency in Dutch, English, and French are essential.
