The primary responsibilities include involvement in commercial contracting, contract drafting, client and vendor negotiations, internal contracting processes, and training delivery. This involves analyzing legal issues and risks, following up on current matters, working with diverse business cultures, identifying when additional legal support is needed, advising staff at all levels, and negotiating complex legal matters.
The ideal candidate must have a Hungarian law degree, Hungarian bar exam certification, minimum 3+ years of post-bar exam experience in commercial law and technology or M&A, and demonstrate sound professional experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. Experience from an in-house legal department in a consulting or international technology company is preferred. Strong English language skills and excellent team player and communication abilities are essential.
