The ideal candidate must have a Hungarian law degree, Hungarian bar exam certification, minimum 3+ years of post-bar exam experience in commercial law and technology or M&A, and demonstrate sound professional experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. Experience from an in-house legal department in a consulting or international technology company is preferred. Strong English language skills and excellent team player and communication abilities are essential.
