Job description
PwC Greece is seeking IT Service Management and IT Governance Professionals with expertise in technology consulting, particularly in the Energy or Banking sectors. The role involves developing IT service management frameworks, optimizing processes, and supporting clients' technology divisions with strategic IT governance solutions.
Primary responsibilities include developing ITSM frameworks according to best practices, designing ITSM solutions, identifying process improvement opportunities, providing training and support, operationalizing ITSM frameworks, creating performance reports and metrics, and evaluating IT structures across client organizations.
Required experience includes a university degree in Computer Science or related fields, proven track record in implementing ITSM frameworks like ITIL, experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
