PwC is seeking a dynamic IT Service Management Team Leader who will lead a team of four process managers, responsible for managing critical IT service processes and driving innovation in service management technologies.
As an ITSM Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team within End User Services, overseeing critical IT service processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration, Asset, Application Portfolio, Request Fulfillment, and Knowledge Management. Your primary focus will be on guiding your team's performance, optimizing processes, and integrating emerging technologies like AI.
The ideal candidate will have a background in ITSM, strong process management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools. You should possess a strategic mindset, be able to communicate effectively across organizational levels, and have the ability to proactively anticipate and manage technological developments.
