Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in audit or financial consulting, with demonstrated project work, strong collaborative skills, excellent organization, and fluency in English and MS Excel. Professional accounting qualifications or advanced stages of obtaining them are preferred, along with knowledge of financial accounting standards like MSR/MSSF.
