Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a 20-person team specializing in financial controls, process optimization, data analysis, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will provide key financial insights, support business decision-making, and contribute to process transformation.
Primary responsibilities include collaborating closely with the business to present current financial data, perform calculations, report and monitor trends, and proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations. The role involves reviewing and improving financial and process controls, analyzing financial and sales data, and supporting business decision-making.
Required experience includes a higher education degree in Finance or related field, minimum 5 years of financial experience, including at least 2 years in financial controlling. The candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic environment, work well under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, be fluent in Polish and English, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks. Technical skills such as SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Alteryx are considered advantageous.
