Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Management Assistant for their Advisory department who will provide critical administrative support to partners, directors, and managers. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, coordinate meetings and travel, and contribute to the smooth operation of a global professional services network.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks with keen attention to detail, providing comprehensive support to senior management, preparing and editing correspondence and presentations, assisting in meeting preparations, conducting research, liaising with stakeholders, handling communications professionally, supporting special projects, and managing opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of support role experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/French and English, outstanding interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google Tools, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking capabilities, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
