PwC Romania is seeking an experienced Manager for its Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team. The role involves providing complex accounting advice to clients, supporting financial reporting implementation, and delivering technical expertise across IFRS and OMFP standards.
Primary responsibilities include providing accounting advice on complex topics like share-based payments and business acquisitions, supporting companies in implementing IFRS accounting standards, assisting clients in preparing IFRS and OMFP financial statements, organizing technical events and trainings, conducting compliance testing, and supporting reporting and controlling activities across regional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, minimum 5 years of financial audit experience, strong knowledge of OMFP accounting, IFRS expertise, English language proficiency, professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/ASPAAS/CECCAR), excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, supervisory experience, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
