As a Manager Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for initiating and supervising merger and acquisition processes in the Dutch mid-market. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing acquisition targets, identifying potential buyers, creating financial models and valuation analyses, and assisting clients through complex transaction negotiations while managing internal project teams.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in cross-border M&A, preferably from investment banking, M&A boutiques, Big 4 firms, private equity, or corporate development. Essential skills include financial modeling in Excel, creating PowerPoint presentations, deal execution, acquisition and project management experience, with strong Dutch and English language proficiency.
