PwC seeks an experienced Employment Tax Manager to support national and international clients with complex tax advisory services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll taxation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team of tax professionals.
As an Employment Tax Manager, you will be directly involved in addressing tax issues for (inter)national clients, ranging from reorganization to optimization and providing fiscal advice on payroll taxes. You will work closely with international colleagues to solve complex problems arising from changes in legislation, current developments, or shifting public opinions.
The role requires a professional with a completed WO education in Tax Economics or Tax Law, minimum 6 years of relevant experience in international payroll taxes. Strong analytical skills, creativity, commercial awareness, and excellent communication abilities in Dutch and English are essential. You will be responsible for leading a team of senior associates, managing your client portfolio, and coaching team members in their professional and personal development.
