Job description

Primary responsibilities include building client relationships, reviewing corporate documentation, ensuring proper governance frameworks, supporting company lifecycle management, preparing board meetings, and acting as a key contact person liaising with various professional stakeholders.
Required experience includes a bachelor's or master's degree in law, at least five years of professional experience in corporate services, flexibility in working with minimal direction, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
