Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence Manager to work on strategic and private equity transactions, providing critical financial analysis, insights and support throughout deal cycles. The role involves assessing target companies' finances, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising clients during mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and refinancing processes.
Primary responsibilities include supporting private equity parties and corporates in purchasing and selling companies or business units, working in project teams with specialists, conducting detailed financial assessments, and providing strategic transaction insights across different sectors.
Required experience includes a strong background in financial due diligence or financial analysis, excellent analytical and Excel skills, proficiency in Dutch and English, proven project management capabilities, and a university degree in Business Administration or Business Economics, complemented by professional certifications like RA, RC, or CFA level 3.
