The ideal candidate will lead M&A integration and separation projects, helping clients maximize value through strategic operational transformations.
As a Manager, you will lead end-to-end M&A transformation projects, setting up, running, and driving integration and separation programs. This involves working directly with C-suite executives to define integration strategy, design target operating models, assess value creation potential, and execute post-acquisition integration plans.
The role requires proven experience in M&A integration, business transformation, and performance improvement. Candidates must have a strong track record in professional services consulting, with expertise in operational transformation across business functions. Technical competencies include financial analysis, strategic planning, and program management, with a deep understanding of operational drivers and value creation methodologies.
