Job description
A challenging role in a dynamic M&A Technology team supporting corporate and private equity firms in identifying, quantifying, and delivering full deal value. The ideal candidate will combine M&A expertise with strong IT knowledge to drive strategic transformations.
As a Manager in Technology Deals, you will support clients in pre- and post-deal M&A projects, focusing on critical IT aspects. Your primary responsibilities include identifying innovation capabilities, assessing IT effectiveness, managing project teams, driving business development, and creating value through IT and digital performance improvements.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of IT experience from consulting firms or corporate IT strategy roles. A university degree in business administration, science, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Strong experience in M&A IT activities such as due diligence, carve-out, integration, and IT performance improvement is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and commercial mindset are crucial.
