The Quality and Process Team is responsible for comprehensive tasks related to services provided by PwC Service Delivery Center, focusing on ensuring the highest standards and continuous improvement of financial services. Key responsibilities include providing substantive support to employees, conducting training, preparing training materials, participating in consultations, assessing employee knowledge levels, identifying areas for improvement, and performing quality controls for assignments prepared for PwC audit departments across multiple countries.
Candidates are required to have a higher education degree, minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit services, professional qualifications like certified auditor or ACCA (or in progress), practical knowledge of national and international accounting standards, proficiency in English and German, attention to detail, problem-solving orientation, independence, proactivity, excellent work organization, and openness to customer interaction and teamwork.
