Job description
PwC is seeking an ambitious Payroll Strategy Manager to lead a team of specialists and help clients optimize their payroll data through smart analyses and technologies. The ideal candidate will use their payroll knowledge to identify opportunities and risks, with a strong affinity for data and emerging technologies like (Gen)AI.
As a Payroll Strategy Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading and directing a team of Payroll Professionals, managing strategic initiatives, conducting data analyses, process improvements, and payroll implementation projects. You will be responsible for guiding client engagements, identifying risks and opportunities in payroll processes, and developing innovative analytical solutions.
The role requires a professional with at least 8 years of international payroll experience, 5 years of team management experience, and a strong technical background. You should have a HBO/WO education, preferably with additional certifications like PDL, VPS, or MBA. Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data technologies, and the ability to work independently while being a team player are crucial.
