Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive PMO consulting services, delivering status reports, facilitating meetings, contributing to quality standards improvement, managing small PMO teams, establishing project documentation repositories, and supporting decision-making processes for assigned projects and programmes.
Required experience includes a university degree, 2-4 years of PMO or project management experience, advanced communication skills in German and English, ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, readiness to make business-driven decisions, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
