PwC Poland is seeking an experienced Project Technical Leader for their Application Managed Services team. The role involves leading technical solutions, managing complex technology projects, and supporting client goals in an innovative and dynamic environment.
First, the role primarily involves leading and hands-on participation in technical solution architecture, including creating comprehensive documentation, managing software/data architecture best practices, and supervising domain-level roadmaps. The candidate will be part of a SWAT team resolving complex issues for premium clients and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an architect role, with practical knowledge of UML, BPMN2, SOA, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices. Strong technical skills in distributed application design, containerization, and Kubernetes are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a continuously changing environment.
