PwC Greece is seeking a problem-solving Public Sector Consulting Associate in Athens to support complex public sector consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will help design strategies for public organizations, manage financial and regulatory risks, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Primary responsibilities include supporting implementation of public sector consultancy projects involving policy making, public administration reforms, and EU funded programmes. Associates will be responsible for handling, manipulating and analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Candidates must have up to 2 years of work experience in consulting, a degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering, with excellent writing skills in Greek and English. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, knowledge of MS Office, and understanding of the public sector are essential. Optional but advantageous skills include an MBA, knowledge of EU Structural Funds, and public procurement frameworks.
