Job description
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate with a quantitative background for a challenging role in Risk Management. The ideal candidate will support clients in risk measurement, management, and reporting across banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, working on complex projects with quantitative and regulatory aspects.
As a Senior Associate, you will participate in designing and implementing risk measurement, management, and reporting frameworks for Banking Groups, Insurance Companies, and Asset & Wealth Management entities. You will work closely with experienced team members, both on-site and online, supporting clients across four key competency areas: Risk Analytics, Capital & Liquidity Management, Risk Transformation, and Non-Financial & Emerging Risks.
The role requires a strong quantitative background with a degree in finance, econometrics, mathematics, engineering, or economics, with a focus on financial intermediaries and banking/financial regulations. Candidates should have 2-3 years of proven experience in risk management and/or risk modeling in leading companies or consulting firms. Proficiency in English, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in project teams are crucial.
