Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead system integration and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical HR technology skills, system architecture knowledge, and the ability to guide both onshore and offshore teams through complex HR technology implementations.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive system architecture analyses, mapping data sources, estimating and designing integrations, and guiding implementation teams through full project lifecycles. The role involves making detailed assessments of existing systems, planning data interactions, and ensuring smooth implementation and go-live processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HR technologies, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, with preferential experience in full-cycle implementations. Required skills include system architecture knowledge, technical payroll understanding, stakeholder management, and potentially SAP SuccessFactors certifications. Cloud platform experience and coding affinity are considered significant advantages.
