As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with internal teams to organize and define Sprint goals, allocate time, oversee meeting schedules, and promote Scrum framework across development projects. You'll provide accurate reporting, analyze sprint progress, and support product owners in prioritizing backlogs.
Candidates must have prior Scrum Master experience, minimum 2 years in agile development, proficient knowledge of application lifecycle management systems, strong understanding of software development processes, and excellent organizational and analytical skills.
