PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for their Accounting, Reporting & Compliance team in the Netherlands. The role involves helping companies manage complex financial reporting requirements, optimize financial processes, and provide strategic compliance support across various enterprises.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for compiling and reviewing complex annual financial statements, providing advisory services on reporting rules, and supporting financial accounting and business controlling activities for clients. Your key responsibilities include guiding and coaching associates and work students, and actively contributing to optimizing financial and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university or bachelor's degree in a financial discipline such as Business Economics, Accounting and Control, or Accountancy, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience. You should be analytically strong, proficient with numbers, and capable of quickly identifying connections. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, with excellent communication and advisory skills.
