PwC is seeking a driven Senior Associate for their Digital Transformation team, focusing on complex transformation projects involving technology, reporting requirements, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will work on strategic IT and digital initiatives, helping clients transform their business models and leverage emerging technologies.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and shaping digital and IT strategies for clients, working in multidisciplinary teams to optimize organizational processes, systems, and reporting. You'll be instrumental in advising clients on financial reporting process optimization, identifying operational risks, and implementing technological controls.
The role requires professionals with 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects, demonstrating strong technical and strategic capabilities. Candidates should have a university degree in business administration, financial management, or information management, with proven affinity for financial reporting rules and advanced technical skills in data and software development.
