PwC is seeking an experienced VAT specialist to join their Public Interest Entities team in the Indirect Tax department. The role involves providing complex VAT advice to large multinational organizations across diverse sectors, working collaboratively with international colleagues and offering comprehensive tax solutions.
Primary responsibilities include advising clients on VAT issues, optimizing international VAT positions, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, drafting legal correspondence with tax authorities, and leveraging technology to enhance work efficiency. The role requires working with multinational clients across various sectors like technology, pharma, agrifood, consumables, and energy & utilities.
Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics, minimum 2 years of relevant VAT work experience, strong analytical skills, ability to quickly adapt to technological solutions like Alteryx and Power BI, and excellent Dutch and/or English language proficiency.
