Primary responsibilities involve advising clients on complex legal matters at the intersection of competition law and state aid, working closely with government and business sectors to develop innovative solutions for challenges like energy transition, industrial policy, and business environment improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university law degree, preferably with a master's in European law, with at least four years of experience as a lawyer or legal professional. Strong skills in competition law, state aid law, excellent Dutch and English language skills, and a multidisciplinary approach are essential.
