PwC Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for VAT Compliance to join a dynamic team of over 50 professionals. The role involves overseeing VAT compliance for local and international clients, critically reviewing tax returns, and developing junior team members in a fast-growing tax practice.
Primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of local and international clients' VAT compliance obligations, critically reviewing VAT returns using advanced tools and technology, serving as the primary client contact for indirect tax matters, and liaising with tax authorities to resolve client issues.
Required experience includes a university degree in Economics or Management with taxation focus, minimum 3 years of professional experience in indirect taxation, demonstrating critical thinking, professional skepticism, strong editorial skills, and excellent organizational capabilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, with German and/or French being strong additional assets.
