Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive financial due diligence, analyzing financial statements, assessing financial risks, identifying key deal drivers, performing business and asset valuations, developing financial models, creating business plans, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients.
Required experience includes 3-5 years in financial due diligence and/or valuation, strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of financial statement analysis under IFRS, project management experience, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
