PwC's Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team supports corporate and private equity firms in identifying, quantifying, and delivering full deal value. This role involves advising clients on extracting value from transformational deals, with a focus on M&A integrations and operational value creation.
Primary responsibilities include conducting carve-out and integration planning, creating synergy business cases, designing target operating models, developing separation and integration programs, advising on value creation potential, and coordinating pre and post-close transition periods with executive leadership.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in M&A or corporate transformations, preferably from corporate M&A teams, strategy consulting, or big 4 firms. Requirements include a university degree in business administration, science, or engineering, extensive knowledge of M&A operational aspects, project management skills, excellent reporting capabilities, and strong leadership potential.
