The role involves supporting clients in pre and post-deal M&A projects, focusing on IT strategy and key technology aspects.
As a Senior Consultant, you will identify technology and innovation capabilities to support growing business needs, conduct IT due diligence, work on technology M&A project teams, and create value through digital performance improvements.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT experience, a university degree in computer science or related field, strong commercial and communication skills, and the ability to deliver board-level quality advice. Experience in deal and M&A IT is highly advantageous.
