Job description
PwC is seeking a (Senior) Manager for their Executive Reward team who will advise corporate functions and management teams on strategic compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a legal or tax background and be interested in developing expertise in executive compensation across various complex business scenarios.
Primary responsibilities include providing strategic reward advice for executives, designing incentive plans during mergers and acquisitions, advising on tax and legal implications of compensation strategies, and developing customized compensation solutions for different organizational contexts.
The role requires a university graduate with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively with board-level executives. Candidates should be able to provide tailored written and verbal advice in English and/or Dutch, and demonstrate an ability to manage time and work independently.
