Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their Delivering Deal Value team, focusing on supporting organizations in successful M&A transactions. The role involves advising clients on financial function challenges and opportunities during business transformations, with a key emphasis on integration and strategic financial management.
Primary responsibilities include advising clients on financial function challenges during M&A transactions, creating integration or separation plans for financial functions, developing target operating models, ensuring financial control from day one, and monitoring synergy developments and performance improvements post-transaction.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in financial functions, demonstrating expertise in financial processes, transformations, restructurings, and mergers. Required skills include strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in financial core processes, consolidation, reporting, and systems. Excellent English communication skills and a master's degree in finance, economics, or related fields are essential.
