Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their Public Sector Finance team, focusing on strategic cost analysis and financial consulting for government organizations. The role involves analyzing economic and financial data, leading research projects, and developing insights to help public sector entities improve efficiency and functionality.
The role involves strategically assessing costs and budgets for new policy initiatives and organizations undergoing change. You will conduct comprehensive financial and economic analyses to provide concrete insights for ministries and government organizations, leading research projects that translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Candidates must have a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or strategic financial-economic roles within government. Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to coach junior consultants, understand public sector trends, and develop new service propositions. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are required.
