Job description
PwC is seeking an ambitious and experienced Operations Consulting professional for a critical role in transforming the Dutch pension system. The ideal candidate will help pension providers navigate complex operational challenges during a significant systemic restructuring, working in a multidisciplinary team of experts.
Primary responsibilities include being the central coordinator of New Pension System (NPS) operations projects, working in multidisciplinary teams focusing on data, pension legislation, compliance, technology, and actuarial sciences. The role involves guiding teams, coaching talents, and using extensive knowledge to create lasting impact with clients.
Required experience includes a master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in pension and insurance sectors, preferably with consulting background. Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills, deep understanding of pension operating models, processes, and IT platforms, with excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach.
