Job description
PwC is seeking an ambitious Senior Payroll Consultant to help improve clients' payroll processes and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring practical payroll administration experience, a strong analytical mindset, and interest in technological innovation to help optimize payroll systems and provide strategic advice.
This role involves independently managing and controlling payroll administrations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identifying risks and opportunities, analyzing key performance indicators, and leveraging technology to optimize payroll processes for both internal and external clients.
Candidates must have a completed HBO or WO education in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a financial field, with a passion for working with numbers. Specific requirements include a PDL or VPS qualification, at least two years of payroll processing experience, strong analytical skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and a keen interest in technological developments.
