Job description
PwC is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Professional to help clients transform human capital processes through technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to optimize talent management and establish effective talent strategies.
The role involves advising clients on technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, designing business processes using SAP's best practices, conducting HR business process analysis, and actively contributing to business development activities. The professional will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage technology to improve their talent management strategies.
The successful candidate must have a university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems, with at least 2 years of SAP project experience. Strong business needs analysis skills, relevant professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules, and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required.
