PwC Poland is seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist to support and transform finance operations for domestic and international clients. This role involves developing financial planning processes, analyzing performance, and providing strategic insights to senior management across diverse sectors.
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive financial planning and reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. The specialist will analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed financial reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of functional experience in FP&A. Strong analytical skills, fluent English communication, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights are critical. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and experience with ERP systems and BI tools are highly valued.
