Job description
PwC is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Talent and Learning Consultant to implement advanced HR technology solutions for global clients, requiring deep technical expertise in Workday modules and strong project management skills.
This role involves implementing and configuring complex Workday Talent, Learning and HCM solutions for global clients, with responsibilities including conducting client requirement gathering sessions, designing and testing business requirements, managing project scopes, and providing guidance to team members across multiple Workday modules.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of Workday implementation experience, possess Workday HCM, Talent and Learning certificates, demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Security and Reporting modules, and exhibit strong project leadership capabilities with ability to manage medium to large talent transformation projects from initial scoping through go-live.
