As an intern in the Legal Corporate M&A department, you will be involved in supporting corporate mergers and acquisitions, analyzing legal documentation, conducting research on corporate transactions, and assisting senior legal professionals in preparing legal reports and contract drafting.
The ideal candidate should be a law student with excellent academic performance, fluent English skills (both written and spoken), strong motivation for legal practice, result-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities. Knowledge of corporate law and contract law is preferred.
